Our Mission

Our mission is to create a home for the practice of hatha yoga that encourages each student's individual growth while fostering a sense of community and friendship. We keep our prices as affordable as possible while drawing on the best teachers available. We strive to offer a curriculum that is physical and diverse and instruction that is safe, non-dogmatic, and personal. We believe in honoring the essence of the practice without crossing our students' spiritual beliefs. In the face of yoga's growing commercialism, we hope to preserve the purity of the discipline.
