Cindy walker

Linda McGrathCindy Walker, R.Y.T. has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years. She has a B.A. in Movement Therapy and Psychology, and holds certifications from the White Lotus Foundation, Erich Schiffman, Bryan Kest, Paul Grilley and Judith Lasater. She teaches Vinyasa, Kundalini, Restorative, Gentle, Pre-natal, Post-partum & Yin Yoga. Her teaching style is eclectic, and draws into each class the wisdom of the eight limbs of Yoga theory. Diane skinner

Bikram Yoga was Diane's first love (after her husband) and she has stayed loyal to that practice for over 10 years, studying with the most senior Bikram teachers across the United States. Her own teaching style is very motivating yet nurturing at the same time, and she is famous for the indulgent foot rubs she gives students in Savasana. Linda McGrathNo matter what style, Linda's teaching attracts students from the Bay Area and beyond. Her innovative Flow classes are an exquisitely challenging sequence of breath, precision, fun, and lots of sweat, set against topics from both Eastern and Western philosophy. Phil Lynch

Phil was voted "Best Yoga Teacher in the Bay Area" by Metro Magazine but he is the kind of yogi who will never parade his fame or awards so we have to do it for him. His flow classes are known from Santa Cruz to Rishikesh for the exhilarating inversions and down-to-earth wisdom. His unique yoga teaching style has evolved from his own visceral synthesis of three different schools of yoga: Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Triyoga. Todd laberge

Todd taught his first class by fluke when he showed up along with others to practice at a cancelled class. He volunteered to save the day, blew everybody away that day with his energy and enthusiasm and the decision was made that he was meant to be a teacher.
