Our mission is to create a home for the practice of hatha yoga that encourages each student's individual growth while fostering a sense of community and friendship. We keep our prices as affordable as possible while drawing on the best teachers available. We strive to offer a curriculum that is physical and diverse and instruction that is safe, non-dogmatic, and personal. We believe in honoring the tradition of the practice without crossing our students' spiritual beliefs. In the face of yoga's growing commercialism, we hope to preserve the purity of the discipline. |

"I have had a lot of problems with my IT band due to running and cycling. While I try to make sure I stretch out, I don't think I was doing enough. Ever since I have started Bikram, I have not had one single problem with my IT band . Plus, I am totally addicted! People who haven't done it have no comprehension of what a huge workout it is. It just makes you feel so amazing afterwards." —Sarah
"With Bikram, I feel like I am getting as good of a workout or better than when I run 4-5 miles (my usual workout). I also feel calm and better able to deal with my hectic family (I have two girls under 5). I like the instructors because even though I am a beginner, I don't feel like one in your class. You explain the moves and make corrections (which, I feel, is so important if I am to improve). I like all the available times, and that the classes are not over capacity."—Ann-Marie

"Thank you so much for designing and offering the Boot Camp yoga class. I really enjoyed the class format - the variation of poses from the regular Bikram class were both fun and challenging. The class format provided a great workout and greatly increased my strength and flexibility. I felt improvement with each class I attended. I have also noticed a significant change in my endurance and breathing techniques in my running and aerobics activities, not to mention the ability to deal with the heat of working out on a hot day. I am really looking forward to the October Boot Camp and hope that the Boot Camp format becomes a part of the regular schedule very soon." —Nicole Gittleson
