With over 100 classes to choose from, where do you start? Styles of yoga are shown on a physical effort scale, where (0) is most restful and (5) is the most intense. We pride ourselves in featuring the best yoga teachers in the area. Enjoy taking from each one as they each have a refined style and something different to teach you!

Gentle Program

Chair Yoga (0-2)

Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily making traditional yoga classes difficult. With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility and strength. Chair Yoga is recommended for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer recovery, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, post-op rehabilitation, and others with limited mobility. NOT HEATED

Mat Pilates (2-3)

Our Classic Pilates Mat Classes are the foundation of the Pilates Method. Pilates is a series of exercises that helps to build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. Our Mat classes will put emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center improving coordination and balance. Pilates allows for exercises to be modified to accommodate a wide range of abilities from beginning to advanced. NOT HEATED

A set sequence of 26 beginners postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. Challenging at first, then addictively enjoyable, the heat and consistency of the poses will take you into a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and opening your entire body.  Bikram classes are both 90 and 60 minutes long.

Stanford Cancer Care Program

All levels of health welcome and no prior experience needed. Classes are complimentary to patients, their caregivers, cancer survivors and health care professionals working with cancer patients.

NIA teaches cancer patients and survivors to find a safe and effective workout without pain or struggle, and enjoy the process of movement in a body. No prior experience required.

Designed to cleanse, nourish and renew the body, mind and spirt, this class will be accompanied by lovely music, inspirational reading, hands on healing and therapeutic touch. No prior experience required.
