Any requests to change your membership must be submitted via email or US mail at least 10 days prior to the next biling cycle.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS POLICY

UNLIMITED, 12X A MONTH OR 8X A MONTH – 6 MONTH MINIMUM Thank you for becoming a member of our studio! You should have received a YogaSource key chain tag. You will need it to scan yourself in every time you come to class. You should have also received a copy of the Memberhsip Enrollment Agreement form that you signed. Please refer to your (yellow) copy of our Membership Enrollment Agreement carefully to become acquainted with our membership policy. Below are some sample FAQs:

Can I Use My Package At Your Other Location?

No, your package is valid at this studio only.

I Started My Membership On The 9th Is That The Day I Will Be Billed Each Month?

No, everyone is billed on the 1st of each month.

Can I Share My Membership With Someone Else?

No, your membership is non-transferable and you alone can use your membership.

I Started My Monthly Membership On The 15th Why Was I not charged the full amount?

We prorate the charge for your first month based on the days left in the current month. Your next charge will happen on the first of the next month and will be a full a charge.

I Am Taking More Classes Than I Thought I Would How Do I Increase My Membership Package?

Please email your request to upgrade your membership to: membershipslg@yogasource.com. Please allow at least 10 days before the start of the next billing cycle for your request to be completed.

Will My Membership Automatically Cancel After 6 Months?

No, If you wish to cancel your membership we require that you send us a written confirmation via email or US mail at least 10 days prior to the next biling cycle. You may email us at: membershipslg@yogasource.com.

I Am Going To Hawaii For 3 Weeks. Can I Freeze My Membership?

Freezing memberships is not common practice with yoga studios so our software is not set up to accommodate for this policy, which is why we've encountered numerous problems in the past with this procedure. We still want to give you this option so we will continue to offer it, however, freezes can only be processed for whole months at a time, at the $9 fee per month. This means your membership will skip anywhere from one to 3 billing periods but your billing date will remain the 1st of every month. As in the past, you can freeze a membership up to 3 months per year. If you want to come to class while your membership is still frozen, you will be charged the drop in rate. You may Freeze your membership if you provide 1 months notice.

Can I Supplement A Membership With A Class Card

This is not available, again, for the same reason. Any classes over 8 or 12 a month will be charged the drop in rate.

I Was In Hawaii For The Last 3 Weeks You Haven’t Seen Me. Can I Retroactively Freeze My Membership?

No.

I Have Been On The 13x A Month For 3 Months But I Want To Come More. Can I Switch To The Unlimited Monthly?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Please email us your request to membershipslg@yogasource.com.

I Have Been On The 13x A Month For 3 Months But I Can Only Come 9x A Month. Can I Switch To The 9x A Month Monthly?

You can make any changes to your membership once your first 6 months are up, but not before. Please email us your request to membershipslg@yogasource.com.

The Credit Card I Have Given You Expired 2 Months Ago. What Is Going To Happen To Me Now ...

You are on our Unpaid list and we have been charged declined credit card fees. Please provide us with a new Visa or MasterCard asap.

Multiple Class Packages Policy: 10 Or 30 Class Packages

Thank you for purchasing a Multiple Class Package. Our Multiple Class Packages never expire and are non-refundable. You should have received a YogaSource key chain tag. You will need it to scan yourself in every time you come to class. There is a $5 fee if you lose it, so please don't.

Our records are always up to date so the computer will tell you how many classes you have left on your package. If our records do not match yours, please email us.

If you have run out of classes and have kept coming, you will show as "Unpaid". There is a $20 fee every time you go under.

I Haven’t Come To Class For 3 Years, Is My Package Still Valid?

Yes, it's like money in the bank.

Can I Use My Package At Your Other Location?

No, your package is valid at this studio only.
