Los Gatos "Insight Meditation"
Developing the mind is the essence of developing the body. Meditation is possibly the hardest yet most impactful thing you’ll ever do. Come learn the basics through sitting practice and a Dharma talk, as we hold the space for each other and become better students of our own minds. Non- heated and perfect for beginners! Become a better student of your own mind and find inspiration in our mini- Dharma talk and guided meditation practice. This class is by donation only; proceeds support the teacher and Insight World Aid.
Inspired by Chinese medicine, deep stretches are held for long periods to challenge the mind to surrender and allow the body to open.
Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily making traditional yoga classes difficult. With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility and strength. Chair Yoga is recommended for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer recovery, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, post-op rehabilitation, and others with limited mobility.

Non-Heated & Light-Heat
YogaSource introduces STRONG, which takes yoga with weights to the next level with the caliber of flow sequencing you’ve come to expect from YogaSource - the ultimate experience in beats, strength, and sweat! This class is for all levels of students though prior experience in Flow and/or Hot Pilates is encouraged. No artificial heat added.
A set sequence of 26 beginners postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. Challenging at first, then addictively enjoyable, the heat and consistency of the poses will take you into a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and opening your entire body. Hot 26 classes are 60 minutes long.
It combines Pilates mat exercises with the principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a heated room to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve endurance. The Hot Pilates system is an intense workout for every part of the body, especially the core.
Hot PIlates w/ Weights
This class combines Pilates mat exercises with the principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), with the added challenge of hand weights and bands to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve endurance. Expect longer intervals and one of the strongest workouts of your life. Room will be warm- but not artificially heated.
Revolution Cycle is a full body cardio workout that incorporates upper body and core exercise all set to inspiring music, choreographed and led by the Bay Area’s favorite teachers.
Classes are held in a brand new, state-of-the-art, spin studio, equipped with a fleet of the best, belt driven, bikes available in the industry. With plenty of classes each day, you are sure to find one that matches your schedule and you can reserve your favorite bike each time.

Build strength and stamina with a workout tailored to your own ability and develop a new awareness of your body. You will learn comfort techniques for common stresses associated with pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. You will also meet a great community of girlfriends with who you can share your experiences and find support.
