Vendor Fair: the first full day we invite local tour operators to the resort to make it easy to plan out your week. Join Cindy and guest presenters for an educational, soulful and entertaining escape. March is a time for rejuvenation, detoxification and renewal. This retreat will explore many types of movement to inspire the mind, purify the body and create the space for the spirit to refresh. Yoga and meditation will be practiced as medium to build strength, consciously heal, restore and recover from the stresses that combat our daily lives. Yoga, Pilates, Hiking, Weights, Water & Ball Therapy, and Spa Treatments will be woven into the weekend. Suitable for all levels of practice but challenging in many ways!
