Our new online reservation sytem allows you to reserve and pay for a spot in one of any of our popular classes, workshops or events ahead of time. You can also purchase classes, manage your account and much more!
The new reservation system enables you to see an up to the minute schedule of classes, workshops and retreats at YSLG and reserve your spot in any of these sessions, charging them to your current class package or membership. You can also use it to just purchase a new package or membership online without making a reservation or see how many sessions you have left or when your membership renews. It's brilliant and super easy to use – if you can check email, you can do this! Please do not call us or email us to make a reservation or to cancel one – you must go online and use the system!
Getting Started
- Print this page and click to the YogaSource Los Gatos Schedule Web Page.
- Click on “Click here to reserve your spot in a class now!”
- Create a user name and password. Go to: “New users. Sign up!” at the top right of the page
- Enter your first and last name then follow the steps. If you have any trouble with that or any part of the process, please email us. You'll immediately be able to go up and log on with the username and password you just created. That's it!
The first page you open onto is our up-to-date schedule of classes. Click on “sign up now” to make a reservation but please know that once you click on “make single reservation” or “make recurring reservation”, your account is charged. If you do not cancel in time or if you made the reservation within the hour, the charge will stay and you will not get a refund or a credit, whether you show up late or not at all. Please be very careful in setting up recurring reservations!
You can also go to “My Info”. The first page this opens onto will be blank at first. We will verify your username and enable you to view your information within a few days. This is the page where you'll be able to edit your contact and billing information. From here, you can also go to "my schedule" to view your reservations and make any cancellations. You can also view your purchase info under “my purchases” and the number of sessions remaining under “my account”.
Class Reservations Policy
First of all, know that you do not need to make a reservation! You can always take your chances and just show up. We strongly encourage you, however, to take advantage of this system for our busiest classes, which currently are the 5:30, 5:45pm, 7:15 and 7:30pm on weekdays as well as the morning classes on the weekends. You can make a single reservation for just one class or you can set up a recurring weekly reservation if you attend a certain class regularly. All unaccounted reservations are released at class start, so please be on time or your account will be charged and your spot may be given away.
How you guarantee your reservation depends on the type of package or membership you use to pay for classes.
30 for 40, unlimited membership or trade: your reservations are automatically guaranteed through the course of your membership (30 days). If you are on the unlimited monthly renewable, you can only make reservations through the next renewal date (next month). However, if you make a reservation and do not show to the class without first canceling your reservation, thereby preventing good, honest students from practicing, you will be a “no show”. After 3 no shows, we will consider you a bad person and strip you of your reservation privileges.
8x or 12x a month memberships: your memberships entitle you to respectively 8 or 12 session through a 30 day period. Every reservation is guaranteed by one of these sessions. You can only make reservations through the next renewal date (next month). You have up to an hour before class to cancel your reservation and nothing will be charged anywhere. If you do not cancel, or if you cancel within the hour to class start, your account will be charged whether you show up or not. No refunds or credits will be issued.
10 or 35 class package: every reservation is guaranteed by a session from your package. You can only make as many reservations as you have classes remaining. If you'd like to make more, you can purchase a package online with your credit card. You have up to an hour before class to cancel your reservation and nothing will be charged anywhere. If you do not cancel, or if you cancel within the hour to class start, your account will be charged whether you show up or not. No refunds or credits will be issued. If you've ran out of sessions, you will be taken through our secure online payment system to purchase a new package.
Drop in: your reservation will require payment through our secure online system. You'll then have up to an hour before class to cancel your reservation and the drop in will simply remain as credit on your account to use whenever. If you do not cancel, however, or if you cancel within the hour to class start, your account will be charged whether you show up or not. No refunds or credits will be issued.
If you do not have an existing package, the system will ask for payment with visa or mc. You will not be able to make a reservation without it
Workshops, Events and Privates Reservations
To reserve into a workshop or retreat or a private class, go to the Workshops tab. The system will guide you through our secure online payment. We have a 24 hour cancellation on these or your payment will be lost.

Q . How secure is my payment through this thing?
A. Security was one of our main reasons to adopt this system. You can shop here with absolute confidence, because we are using state of the art encryption technology (Equifax SecureSite), with the most advanced form of Web cryptography, giving you a rock solid wall of security while you shop online with us.
Q. Where is my credit card information stored? Is it safe to use to the WebScheduler™?
A. By default, your credit card information is never stored. You may allow for all but the last four digits of your credit card to be stored in our database. Then purchasing is as easy as entering the last four digits. Stored credit cards are encrypted and saved into a secure database, and may only be retrieved by you when you login.
Q. How can I buy classes online if I don't have a credit card?
A. The only way to purchase classes online is by credit card. If you want to buy classes using another form of payment, please visit the studio.
Q . How do I sign up for a class?
A. Click on a sign up link next to the class (with the correct day, time, and teacher) you wish to take. A small window opens with the options to make a single reservation, or make a recurring reservation. A current series is required to make a reservation. If you do not have a current series, you will be prompted to make a purchase. After making a reservation, your current schedule for the next four weeks will be displayed, including the class you just signed up for. At the top of your schedule, your current series, if any, is displayed, showing how many classes you have remaining and when the series expires.
Q: When I print the schedule, how can I make the time lines show up?
A: There is a print option in your browser that determines if background colors and images are printed. In Internet Explorer, go to the Tools menu and click on Internet options. Then go to the Advanced tab and scroll down to Printing. Check the option "Print background colors and images."
Q. How do I cancel a class I've already signed up for?
A. Click on the "my schedule" link located at the top of the WebScheduler™. A small window appears showing your current schedule for the next four weeks. Click on the "cancel" link to the left of the class you wish to cancel.
Q. How do I find the studio's cancellation policy?
A. Click on the "my schedule" link located at the top of the WebScheduler™. A small window appears displaying your current schedule. Click on the "cancellation policy" link located in the upper right hand corner.
Q. What if I want to sign up for a class but I don't have a current series?
A. You may make a purchase by clicking on the "purchase" link located at the top of the WebScheduler. This opens the Purchase window where you can select what type of service you would like to buy, then select the package of that type you wish to purchase. When you finish entering all valid information, click "Purchase" and your transaction will be complete. A summary of your purchase is displayed and you can now sign up for classes.
Q. How can I view what classes I've signed up for without signing up for a new class?
A. Click on the "my schedule" link located at the top of the WebScheduler™. This opens a small window displaying your current schedule for the next four weeks.
Q. How can I see my payment history?
A. Click on the "my account" link located at the top of the WebScheduler™. Next, click on "payment history" to view all your past payments.
Q. How can I see my visit history?
A. Click on the "my account" link located at the top of the WebScheduler™. Next, click on "visit history" to view all past visits and all classes you've signed up for in the future.
Q. How can I make a purchase?
A. You may make a purchase class by clicking on the "purchase" link located at the top of the WebScheduler™. This opens the Purchase window where you can select what type of purchase you would like to make), and enter your billing information. When you finish entering all valid information, click "Purchase" and your transaction will be complete. A summary of your purchase is displayed and you can now sign up for a class.
A. Your WebScheduler session is active until you "log out" out of the WebScheduler™ by clicking the "log out" link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Q. How do I find a description of each class?
A. When viewing the class schedule, click on the class name located next to the class time. A small window will appear with the class description.
Q. Where can I find my instructor's biography?
A. When viewing the class schedule, click on the name of your instructor. A small window will appear with a short instructor bio.
