Join Budokon Founder and Creator: Cameron Shayne for 3-days of practice and play learning the Budokon Yogic, Martial and Living Arts System.

You will explore in depth the Budokon original techniques, including the Rolling Wave series, Cobra Hood, the primal movement Animal Series, and Zazen meditation. Your body will rediscover its original patterns of movement while your mind remembers its natural power of presence. You will learn physical skills that will keep you happy and healthy, and explore and uncover belief systems that are keeping you from your greatest potential.

We will also play and learn to communicate in ways that create successful and abundant relationships. Using this fun and easy communication method, we have found that our students have an incredible rate of success in the areas of health, wellness, relationship, stress and finance.

Be prepared for a strong workout! This practice is for everyone; however, a strong yoga experience and level of fitness is recommended.

Friday Nite: ZEN MIND, NO MIND (2.0 HOURS)
The Zen mind is the essential mind for personal freedom and bliss. No where to go. No thing to get.  You have all the answers. Come and listen to hilarious stories and anecdotes from one of the most down to earth philosophers and teachers around. This is Cameron’s personal karmic work. The workshop is free for anyone to attend.

SATURDAY: BUDOKON FLOW YOGA & WALKING ON WAVES – THE ART OF FLOATING (3 HOURS) The Budokon yogic series is breaking molds and traditional perceptions of hatha yoga. Cameron Shayne’s use of ancient martial arts to infuse bold and unconventional movement is revolutionizing the yoga world. If you love hatha yoga and want to see it’s evolutionary potential, this is the class for you.  If you love to play upside down and defy gravity or just really want to learn how, this workshop will blow your mind and your fears away. Learn the science of floating and inversion from one of the most renown masters of yogic floating today.

SUNDAY: ANIMAL AWAKENING & COMMUNICATION (3 HOURS)
Return to your original mind and body in this incredible exploration of your animal nature. Learn techniques designed to create dynamic power and agility such as dancing lion, fighting crocodile, spinning monkey and leaping leopard.  This is Cameron Shayne’s favorite workshop and one that you don’t want to miss.  

About cameron Cameron has devoted 22 years to the study and mastery of body organization and awareness through the classical arts of Yoga, Martial Arts and Meditation.  

From his early studies of Moo Du Kwon and Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do, and his education in Hatha Yoga, his understanding of transforming internal energy, of mind/body dynamics, and an eye for the complex qualities of movement, has made him one of the most sought after mind-body-spirit innovators in the world.

His private students include actors such as Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston and Meg Ryan.  He helped Olympian Kerri Walsh win a gold medal in 2005, and choreographed the fight sequences with Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker in the films Rush Hour 1 & 2.

Currently Cameron travels throughout the United States, Japan and Europe teaching Budokon to thousands of students from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
