Join Janet for this rigorous, joyful, sweaty and deeply nurturing yoga workshop. Her teaching focuses on opening the heart, creating a radiant flow of energy within the body, stilling the mind and moving towards abhaya (freedom from fear). Through the beat of your own heart, discover how asana can release tension and old patterns while awakening your Divine nature. Janet has a powerful ability to shine the light back on the inner-Divine, and to inspire creativity of movement, transformation of mind and inner joy. Come prepared to chant, move and exhale.

In 1996, Janet Stone traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather, where she met an inspiring yogi and embraced the path of yoga. She has surrounded herself with inspirational and impassioned teachers such as, Max Strom, Bryan Kest, Shiva Rea, Rusty Wells, and Dharma Mittra who have imparted a dynamic, balanced, heart-opening approach to hatha yoga. In her
classes Janet integrates awareness, movement and breath to help students follow the pulse of their inhale and exhale and find a state of rhythmic-induced meditation.

CANCELATION POLICY

Credit will be issued for amount paid for event to be used towards another workshop at YS.  No cancellations at all will be issued within 24 hours.
